Leicester Switch & Control Co. Ltd started in 1971 with a mission to become the best in class provider of control panels, automation control, M&E installations, testing and inspection. We are fully qualified engineers with specialist knowledge and skills gained from experience in a wide range of industries. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and aftercare enables us to deliver premium quality solutions that are guaranteed to meet our customers’ needs and hit the optimal cost/performance targets. We are based in Rothley, Leicestershire, and we provide full UK coverage.

Since forming from the assemblies division of BPX, Leicester Switch and Control have traded independently and worked closely with other members of the BPX group. BPX is now over fifty years old and proud of our private ownership. Despite spectacular growth, we retain the agility, responsiveness and service quality of an owner-managed business, backed by the strength and influence that comes from being one of the largest independent distributors in the UK. Our owners are involved closely in the day-to-day running of the businesses, so we can react rapidly to changes in the market and specific customer demands. It’s not unusual for a good idea in the morning to be implemented by the afternoon.
